Your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds, including the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal.
Our returns window
We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery for all orders. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the date of delivery, for any reason, with no explanation required.
For EU customers, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, during which you may cancel your order for any reason.
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Your legal rights are not affected by anything stated here.
How to start a return
Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us at hello@krevalo.co with your order number and reason for return. You can also contact us via our Contact page.
- Step 2: We will reply within 48 hours with your return authorisation and instructions.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it using a tracked service.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 14 days.
Full coverage: we cover all costs
The following situations are fully covered by us. We will cover all return postage and replacement costs:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The item is faulty or defective
- You received the wrong item or wrong quantity
- The item does not match its description on our website
- The item is not of satisfactory quality
In these cases, please contact us at hello@krevalo.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer you a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
Change of mind returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within our 30-day returns window (or 14-day statutory cooling-off period, whichever applies), provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, where applicable
- Not a hygiene-sensitive item that has been unsealed
Return shipping is free: email us and we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. This applies to change-of-mind returns as well as returns due to a defect or our error.
Items not eligible for return
The following items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive faulty or not as described:
- Items returned outside the 30-day returns window
- Items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Hygiene-sensitive items (such as personal care products) that have been unsealed or used
- Items returned without their original packaging where hygiene is a concern
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Original shipping costs are refunded only where the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued, depending on your bank or payment provider.
