How we ship across Europe, what it costs, and how to return or exchange an order.
Coverage & countries
Krevalo ships across the European Union and to the United Kingdom. Orders outside these regions can be processed on request, contact us at support@krevalo.co.
Orders are sourced, quality-checked, packed, and dispatched through our fulfilment partner, then shipped to you with a tracked courier service appropriate to your destination.

European Union, Standard: €4.95, free on orders over €99
European Union, Express: €14.95
United Kingdom, Standard: £3.95, free on orders over £89
United Kingdom, Express: £12.95

Prices, VAT & duties
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Should an import charge ever apply to your delivery, contact support@krevalo.co and we will resolve it.
Delivery times
Orders are confirmed and prepared within 1–2 business days. Because each piece is sourced and shipped through our fulfilment partner, cross-border delivery to Europe typically takes 1 to 3 weeks from dispatch, depending on the item and destination.
You receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships, and we monitor every parcel until it arrives. If you need an item by a specific date, email us first and we will confirm a realistic timeline.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. You can also track any order from your customer account or by contacting us directly.
Delays & issues
Once handed to the courier, delivery is outside our direct control, but we monitor every parcel until it arrives. If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, or if you suspect it has been lost, please contact support@krevalo.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate immediately.
Damaged on arrival? Please photograph the packaging and the item, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, your choice.

30-day return window
You may return any eligible Krevalo purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason. This voluntary window applies in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
No questions asked. We don't require a reason. If it's not right for your home, send it back.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In its original, unused condition
- In its original packaging (or a reasonable equivalent if packaging has been opened)
- Accompanied by the order number or return authorisation
Return process
- Email support@krevalo.co with your order number and the items you'd like to return. No form to fill in, a short message is enough.
- We'll reply within 1 working day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest courier point.
- Once received and inspected (usually within 2–3 business days of arrival), we'll process your refund.
Refund timeline
Stage: Timing
We inspect and approve your return: 2–3 business days after arrival
Refund issued to original payment method: Same day as approval
Funds appear in your account: 3–5 business days (card), 1–2 days (PayPal)
Return shipping cost: free. We provide a prepaid return label for every return, whether it is a change of mind or due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
For size or colour swaps on the same product, we offer free exchange shipping both ways. Contact support@krevalo.co and we'll ship the replacement the moment we confirm the original is on its way back.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, or a defect appears within 30 days of delivery, please email support@krevalo.co with photos of the packaging and the item. We'll:
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Ship a replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund, your choice
- Not require the damaged item to be returned if the damage is clearly documented (we'll ask you to responsibly dispose of or recycle it)
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:
- Custom-made or made-to-order pieces (clearly marked at checkout)
- Items that have been installed or show signs of use
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
Your statutory rights regarding defects and non-conformity always apply, regardless of the categories above.
