Sustainability

The most sustainable object is the one you do not replace. We keep the range deliberately small and choose pieces made to last, so a single purchase stays useful for years rather than seasons.

We favour materials that age honestly: solid wood, linen, stoneware, rattan, stone, beeswax and soy. They patinate instead of breaking down, and most can be repaired, composted, or recycled at the end of their life.

We choose pieces for natural, long-lasting materials and design made to be kept rather than replaced. Where we can share more about how a piece is made, the product page does.

Orders ship in recycled and recyclable materials, with plastic limited to what is needed to protect fragile pieces in transit. We keep reducing it as we find alternatives that still arrive intact.
