In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the DMCA), and in particular 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3), we will respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement reported to our designated copyright agent, identified below. Filing a notice of alleged infringement

If you believe that material on krevalo.co infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send a written notice to our designated copyright agent. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if a single notice covers several works.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, including the specific URL or location on the site.
  • Your contact information: your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the way complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, if you knowingly make a material misrepresentation that material is infringing.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed or disabled and you believe this happened as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated agent at the address above. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days, unless the person who filed the original notice tells us that they have filed a court action to restrain the activity.
