Ordering & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA direct debit. Payment is taken at order placement. All transactions are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna) — we never store full card numbers.
In which currencies do you sell?
EUR across the EU, GBP in the UK, CHF in Switzerland, NOK in Norway. Prices include VAT at the applicable local rate.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — email support@krevalo.co within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll catch it before dispatch. After dispatch, use our 14-day return window.
Will I get a receipt / invoice?
Yes — a PDF invoice is attached to your order confirmation email. For business customers needing a VAT invoice with a registered VAT number, see Business & VAT.
Shipping & delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
All 27 EU member states, plus the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Other destinations on request — write to support@krevalo.co.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch within 1–2 business days of order. From dispatch: Germany/Austria/Benelux 2–4 days, France/Italy/Spain 3–5, rest of EU 4–7, UK/Switzerland/Norway 5–8. Larger furniture may take 2–4 weeks via dedicated delivery partners.
Will I pay customs or duty fees on delivery?
No. Every Krevalo order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all taxes, duties and handling are already in the price at checkout. No extra fees at your door.
How much does shipping cost?
€9.90 in Germany/France/Italy/Spain/Benelux/Austria (free over €120). €14.90 elsewhere in EU (free over €180). €19.90 in UK/CH/NO (free over €250). Large items may carry a handling surcharge, always shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track any order from your account page.
What if my order is delayed or doesn't arrive?
Email support@krevalo.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We monitor every parcel and will investigate with the courier directly.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
14 days from delivery, no questions asked, provided the item is in its original condition. No form to fill in — a short email is enough. See the full Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
€9 flat deducted from change-of-mind refunds in core EU markets (€12 for rest of EU). Returns due to defects or our error are always fully free — we cover the label and the replacement.
How do I exchange for a different size or colour?
Free exchange shipping both ways for same-product swaps. Email support@krevalo.co — we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email support@krevalo.co with photos of the packaging and the item within 48 hours of delivery. We'll cover all return shipping and ship a free replacement, or issue a full refund — your choice.
How long until I see the refund?
Inspection within 2–3 business days of the return arriving. Refund issued same day to the original payment method. Funds appear in 3–5 business days for cards, 1–2 days for PayPal.
Products & materials
Are Krevalo pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is made by hand in small European and Asian workshops we work with directly. Small variations in grain, weave or glaze are the mark of handwork — not defects.
Where are the pieces made?
Rattan in Cirebon, Indonesia. Linen in northern Portugal. Ceramics in Tuscany. Wood in Belgium and Italy. Stone in Tuscany and the Basque country. Details on each product page.
Do your lights come with bulbs?
Bulbs are not included. This lets you choose the warmth you prefer (we use 2700K at home) and avoids unnecessary packaging. Compatible socket and wattage are listed on each product page.
Is assembly required?
Most pendants arrive pre-wired, ready to hang. Floor and table lamps are plug-and-play. Hardwired fixtures may need a qualified electrician — noted on the product page.
How do I care for natural materials?

Are the products sustainable?
We work only with natural, repairable materials and small family workshops. Packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable. We keep repair kits in stock for most product lines.
What's the warranty?
All pieces carry the statutory 2-year EU conformity guarantee. For electrical components we offer an additional voluntary craft warranty — details on the product page and in our Terms.
Account & privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is fully supported. An account makes re-ordering, tracking and returns faster, but it's optional.
How is my personal data handled?
Under GDPR, and documented in detail in our Privacy Policy. We never sell data. Marketing emails are opt-in; you can unsubscribe any time.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
One click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. Takes effect immediately.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email legal@krevalo.co. We respond within 30 days (usually within a week), subject to our legal retention obligations for order data.
Business & VAT
Can I get a VAT invoice with my business number?
Yes — enter your company name and VAT number at checkout, and a compliant VAT invoice is attached to the order confirmation. Intra-EU B2B sales with a valid VAT ID are zero-rated where applicable.
Do you do bulk or project orders?
Case by case — email hello@krevalo.co with the product list, quantities and delivery date. Hospitality and residential projects typically receive a quote within 2 working days.
